Oct 22 - Dinner with Mom
Last night I stayed up really, really late working on this website. That meant I got up really, really late. Then I just wanted to work more on the website so we lazed around the trailer all day. Angel wrote letters to friends.
Around 5pm we got ready to go to dinner with my mom. A few days ago, while we were in Niagara Falls, my mom called. She said she was going to be in Boston with a friend and wondered if we were going to be anywhere nearby. We didn't really have a plan yet, so we formulated a plan to go to Boston 
After we got dressed, we drove into downtown Boston, which is only 35 miles away, but it took an hour to get there. There really wasn't any traffic since it was Sunday, but around here you can't get anywhere directly. All the roads curve. So you end up taking a zig-zag route like a sailboat heading upwind.
We met my mom and her friend at Anthony's Pier 4 which serves expensive seafood. Their specialty is lobster. The three ladies all had lobster and I had a Surf & Turf combination; steak, shrimp and scallops. Of course I tasted some of the lobster 
We followed it all with chocolate and cream souffles. Everything was excellent!
Since my birthday was coming up in a few days, my mom also gave me a card and a couple of nice pictures of Benjamin Franklin
